This is an introductory site. The only place personal data is collected is the contact form, and what follows sets out exactly what happens to it.
Who processes your data
Agrofid is the public brand of the agricultural business run by Petro-Riti Sh.p.k., operating in Dimal, Berat, Albania. Petro-Riti Sh.p.k. is the controller of any personal data sent through this site.
What the contact form collects
The site collects no personal data other than what you type into the contact form yourself. The fields are:
- Name — required, so we know how to address you in our reply.
- Company — optional, to understand the commercial context of your enquiry.
- Email — required, because that is where we reply.
- Phone — optional, if you would rather we called.
- Enquiry type — required, so the enquiry reaches the right person.
- Message — required, the substance of your enquiry.
Why we use it
We use it only to read your enquiry, reply to it and, if it goes further, to run the commercial relationship that follows. The basis is the request you make of us. We do not use it for advertising and we do not add you to mailing lists.
How your enquiry reaches us
The form cannot currently deliver your enquiry, because our email address is not yet confirmed. Nothing you type is transmitted or stored by this site.
How long we keep it
We keep the correspondence for as long as we need it to deal with your enquiry and any commercial relationship that follows, and for as long as the law requires us to retain it. When it is no longer needed, we delete it.
Hosting and technical logs
The site is static and has no database. As with any website, requests pass through a hosting provider, which may keep standard technical access logs such as IP address and browser type. We run no analytics on this site.
Sharing with others
We do not sell or trade your details. We share them only with the service providers that help us receive and read your enquiry, such as our email service, and only for that purpose.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to our use of it. Write to us using the contact details on this site and we will respond.

If this policy changes, the updated text is published on this page.
